Nuestra misión es mejorar el bienestar psicológico, emocional y social del inmigrante Dominicano en el extranjero a través proyectos sociales, de ayuda psicológica y de asistencia jurídico. Nuestra misión y propósito principal la cumpliremos a través de proyectos de cooperación a desarrollo categorizados en 2 grupos: Area Juridica y Área Psicológica. Objetivo General Somos una organización internacional que se esmera en orientar, ensenar y capacitar a los inmigrantes Dominicanos que residen en España en materias jurídicas de extranjería y aportando asistencia psicológica para los que lo necesiten. También nos esmeramos en mejorar el bienestar social de la comunidad Dominicana residente en el exterior a través de proyectos sociales de cooperación a desarrollo. Otros de nuestros objetivos son los siguientes: Intercambiar ideas con ONGs, organizaciones políticas y sociales sin fines de lucro, a fin de ayudarnos mutuamente y mejorar lazos culturales, sociales y políticos. Orientar a nuestra comunidad en temas de inmigración, empleos y formación. Dar asistencia jurídica mediante nuestro Bufete de Abogad@s en temas de Extranjería y remitir a los organismos correspondientes a aquellos casos especiales. Dar asistencia psicológica mediante un equipo de profesionales especializados en el área de Salud Mental, Área Jurídica, Área Psicológica. Orientación en cuestiones de Extranjería dirigida a los inmigrantes Terapia grupal para mujeres victimas de violencia domestica, ya sea en la forma de abuso emocional, físico o financiero. Derivaciones a otras instituciones que proveen asistencia jurídica gratuita para casos de otra índole legal o que requieran un análisis mas a fondo. Talleres de Autoestima para jóvenes. Orientación de los derechos que existen en España para inmigrantes. Talleres de orientación laboral ya sea para cursos de capacitación, preparación de currículo y preparación para entrevistas. Equipos de deporte para jóvenes. Creation of the Dominican Force Overseas It is for those Dominicans who need psychological, emocional and/or legal support, that ‘Dominican Force Overseas’ is born in the neighbourhood of Cuatro Caminos in Marid, Spain. Our misión is to improve the psychological, emocional and social wellbeing of the Dominican migrant overseas through social projects that provide psychological and legal asístanse. Our main misión and purpose will be achieved through development cooperation projects categorasid in two groups: Legal Area and Psychological Area. Main objective We are an International organisation that aims to guide,, to teach and to train Dominican migrants in immigration legal matters and in providing psychological assístance to th eones in need. We also aim to improve the social wellbeing of the Dominican community that resides overseas through development social projects of cooperation. Other of our objectives are the following To Exchange ideas with NGOs (non-for-profit organisations), with political and social organisations without any profit of interest in order to help each other and in order to improve our cultural, social and political relationships. To guide our community in immigration, employment and training matters To provide legal asístanse through our lawyers in immigration matters and to refer special cases to the most appropriate organisation. To provide psychological support through our team of specialised professionals in the Mental Health area. Legal Area, Psychological Area. Guidance for migrants in immigration matters Group therapy for women are victims of domestic violence whether it is in the form of emocional, psychological or physical abuse.. Referral to other institutions that provide free legal asístanse to cases of a different nature that require an in-depth análisis. Self-Esteem groups (Group Therapy) for young people Guidance to migrants regarding the rights that they possess as migrants in Spain Employment guidance whether it is in the form of training courses, resume preparation and interview preparation. Sports team for young people.

La inmigración Dominicana en España

Grabar artículo Imprimir artículo Escribir comentario Enviar a un amigo Tamaño del Texto - Pequeño - Normal - Grande - Muy Grande - Extra Grande De acuerdo con estudios realizados en España por la Consejería de Inmigración del Gobierno de la Comunidad Valenciana y por la organización United Nations Instraw, la inmigración Dominicana a España se inicio en la década de los ’80 y estuvo marcada mayoritariamente por la inmigración de mujeres Dominicanas provenientes de zonas rurales, a diferencia de la inmigración Dominicana a Estados Unidos que estuvo marcada por la inmigración de hombres Dominicanos provenientes de zonas urbanas. La inmigración Dominicana a través de mujeres provenientes de zonas rurales estuvo influenciada por el deseo de tener un mejor futuro laboral para así poder mantener a sus familias. La comunidad Dominicana es una de las mas grandes en España, mas que otras nacionalidades Centro y Latinoamericanas. Entre los inmigrantes Dominicanos hay gente variada, que han dejado su tierra natal para buscar un futuro mejor para ellos y sus familias. El Dominicano/a es trabajador/a, alegre, cree en la familia y en sus valores, en el matrimonio, tiene valores cristianos y es orgullos/a de su tierra. Su juventud esta llena de sueños y de metas por cumplir. Sus adultos están llenos de trabajo duro para poder proveer a sus hijos e hijas, esposas y esposos y para poder brindarles un mejor bienestar a sus familias en general. Como todo inmigrante, el/la Dominicano/a también ha sufrido al tratar de establecerse en un país extranjero. Ha sufrido desorientación al vivir en un país con reglas distintas al suyo y también ha sufrido una gran tristeza al haber dejado su tierra y muchas veces, sus familias para poder brindarles un mejor futuro. The Dominican Migration in Spain According to Studies undertaken by the Government Migration Concil from Valencia and by the United Nations Instraw, the Dominican migration started in Spain in the 1980’s and it was greatly marked by the migration of Dominican women coming from rural areas, as opposed to the Dominican migration to the United States which was marked by Dominican men coming from urban areas. Dominican migration by women coming from rural areas was influenced by the Desire of having a better working future in order to support their familias. The Dominican community is one of the greatest ones in Spain, more than other nationalities from Central and Latinamerican. There is a variety of people among Dominican migrants, people who have left their homeland in search for a better future for them and their familias. The Dominican is hardworking, content, relieves in family values, in marriage, in christian values and is proud of its homeland. Its youth is full of dreams and goals to achieve. Its adults are full of hard work in oder to provide to their sons and daughters, wives and husbands to give them a better wellbeing to their families in general. Like every other migrante, the Dominican has also suffered for trying to Estbaliz himself/herself in a foreign country. He/She has suffered disorientation for living in a country with different rules to his/hers and has also suffered great grief for leaving his/her homeland and many times, his/her families in order to give them a better future.

Therefore, our work in this area is the greatest and we also count with the support of our compatriots.

Tratando de conseguir una verdadera integración social interna. Luego de nuestras reuniones habituales de los miércoles, salimos a los sectores donde viven mayor número de dominicanos en España, los cuales nos reciben con entusiasmo y la exclamación colectiva con la que todos y todas nos reciben “ya era hora”. “Nuestros pueblos, campos y ciudades, día tras día demandan más atención, mas desarrollo. Nuestra gente aspira tener un mundo más equilibrado; con más oportunidades y estamos decididas y decididos a alcanzar ese progreso y mejor calidad de vida con esfuerzo y trabajo. Sabemos de manera particular que el camino se nos hace más angosto y difícil y, que una sola golondrina no levanta tempestad. Por tal motivo la sociedad de dominicanos en el extranjero lanza el movimiento Fuerza dominicana en el exterior (FDE) como una alternativa. Y que todos y todas juntas/os luchemos por lograr una mejor calidad de vida y la oportunidad que todos/as buscamos cuando decidimos salir de nuestro país dejando nuestras familias”. We are in the streets day alter day informing and attracting more Dominicans, trying to achieve a real internal social integration. After we hold our regular meetings, we go out to the sectors where the greater number of Dominicans live in Spain, who receive us with great enthusiasm and with a colective exclamation saying ‘It was about time’. ‘Our towns, fields and cities, day after day demand more attention, more development. Our people aspire to have a more balanced World with more opportunities and are determined to achieve that progress and a better quality of life with effort and hard work. In a particular way, we know that the path becomes narrower and more difficult and that three people can achieve much more than one. It is for this reason that the Dominican society overseas creates The Dominican Force in the Exterior (DFE) as an alternative so that we can all fight for a better quality of life and for the opportunity that we all look for when we decided to leave or country leaving our families behind’. Donde fueron Juramentadas las directivas de Madrid y Guadalajara de la comunidad de Castilla La Mancha. La celebración se realizo en el Local de la FDE en Cuatro caminos C/Carlos Rubio #7 Madrid, España, donde se encuentra el mayor conglomerado de dominicanos en el país. La asamblea conto con el apoyo masivo de los dominicanos, a la cual asistieron decenas de ellos. Un discurso emotivo por parte del Presidente de la Organización Lic. Saulo, inspiro en los espectadores una participación donde expresaban su emoción con la creación de una organización como esta en España, por la falta que hacía y a la vez alzaron una voz reclamante y critica a nuestras autoridades diplomáticas en España, las cuales parecen habernos abandonado. General Assembly On Saturday, 22nd of August, The Dominican Force in the Exterior celebrated its first general assembly in the city of Madrid, Spain where the directives of Madrid and Guadalajara of the Castilla La Mancha community were sworn. The celebration took place in the spacious office of The Dominican Force in the Exterior in Cuatro Caminos located in Carlos Rubio Street Number 7 in Madrid, Spain, where the majority of the Dominican migrants in Spain reside. The Assembly counted with the masive support of dozens of Dominicans who attended. A touching speech on behalf of the President of the organisation, Lic. Saulo Valenzuela inspired the attendees in participating in expressing their feelings about the creation of such an organisation in Spain as it had been missing. At the same time, they raised their demanding and critical voice to our diplomatic authorities in Spain, who seem to have abandoned us.
